Sales Development Representative

You will

  • Perform outreach efforts, via email and phone calls, to uncover new prospects for the sales team 

  • Qualify, educate, and win over new prospects with the goal of setting the 1st meeting for sales team members 

  • Follow-up with inbound prospects and marketing driven leads from events, tradeshows, and other campaigns 

  • Using available prospecting tools, research and discover business intelligence regarding new contacts and target companies 

  • Learn the product and be proficient in describing the solution at a high level. Articulate our value proposition and relate it to the customer’s key initiatives and current environment 

  • Take thorough notes from all customer interactions and help Concentric to continue to refine our messaging and value proposition 

  • Participate and help develop new lead generation campaigns 

You have

  • 1+ years experience in a sales development or inside sales position with a Software as a Service (SaaS) or similar technology company 

  • Solid communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way to senior IT executives 

  • Success driven and willing to overcome obstacles and sometimes face rejection. Meet & exceed your targets and goals. 

  • Knowledge of common sales productivity, CRM, LinkedIn, and prospecting tools 

  • A 4-year Bachelor’s degree 

  • Willingness and desire to learn and improve your skill set 

  • A well organized, task oriented, self-motivated style and attitude 

  • A team player
